I don't see what is wrong with the suggestion. Having girl players, I think, even though it doesn't exist in NBA basketball, is forward thinking.

There is no reason why female players would have less skill than male players and the game would be exactly the same.

I didn't say there was anything "wrong" with it - I was merely explaining that the thread should not be closed.

I leave you all in peace and quit from this discussion cause this Idea really against my all understanding of basketball.... If I`ll ever see mixed teams in Lithuania I`ll agree... but now only way I could agree is if there would be to different teams and different leagues...

I`m out...

I am also against this idea.

The game is a simulation of a real sport, and such thing doesn't exist in the real sport.

Maybe a female squad, like some mentioned, like the WNBA affiliated with NBA teams, that would be ok, but mixing both in the same games just doesn't make sense.

Men and women are equal in my book...but I still think that their should be another (probably smaller) parallel system as opposed to an intergrated one.

I support women staff, though there are women staff in the NBA so I am pro that, but an intergrated league...nah. Try a parallel one 2 or 3 divisions deep.

Honestly, I'd rather see the faces of players better represent the countries where they come from rather than see male and female faces.

I'm female.. I don't like this idea. Though I like the idea of there being separate female teams/leagues.. I would love that. And also female staff would rock.

I want a realistic game.

I'm female.. .

well, where is your pic !?!
*just joking*... again

well BB could create a separate league for women. It could be either for everyone, but every user needs to sign up, since obviously not everyone wants to play these leagues. Or they could implement it for supporters only, so they get to choose between a private league or a womens league on fridays...

It's not a bad idea at all, it only need the right implementation and everyone will be happy. Giving people choices is mostly a good way to go.

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.

and what about female staff?

this is actually a very realistic request. there are tons of female PR managers...in fact some are the best, not to mention doctors. i associate trainers with head coaches (even though they're really not) so i suppose a female for that spot could be rare. but an overall reasonable suggestion.
