I know my one 19 year old ATG should be close after this season, so they should atleast talk to me about what the may wan tme to train or expectations. And don't get me wrong The people that run Canada U21 are great, maybe some of the scouts just arent on teh same page.

No, its no the scouts fault. It is more of a case of, "Mod-Bballin get really lazy last season."

Anyways, Morwood is a splendid candidate and a very dependable manager who is true to his word and has improved greatly since he started. I think he will do an awesome job for England and I urge you to vote for him. I mean he is Canadian so he DOES have bacon.. what does Germany have? ;)

Here is a question:

One that I took from a Canadian manager, but gives a good outlook on what every manager values in a player. If you had 95 skill points to use(not including FT or STA), what would your perfect player look like?

We have Oktoberfest and almost the same timezone ... though Morwood doens´t seem to have a big lag anyways

12 10 16 13 14 14 8 6 1 1 on my fav posiiton (PG)

and

10 8 8 7 7 8 14 13 12 8 on my 2nd key guy (PF)

95 is alot for U21, but still needs room to develop ...

Two very compelling arguments ;)

May I ask why 14 DR? I personally dislike DR on my PG as I prefer them to be Passing, not scoring.

I like high driving on the guard as it gets him in a posiition to score without high JS. That might not matter at this stage, but the closer you get to the cap, the less I want him to have high JS. So when developing the guy from above further, I´d push him in OD, Passing and some IS first, then maybe some range. He still stays capable of scoring, and I can keep some "room" under the cap by saving on JS.

I decided to retreat from the current election. I am convinced that Morwood would be a great U21 Coach for England and I want to avoid the possibility of us taking votes from each other so that an inactive and non-vocal coach gets elected because of the two of us splitting up the active communities votes.

I encourage all English Coaches to participate in Morwoods campaign if he´s getting elected and to learn about the U21 concepts so you can take over soon.
