depends what he is trying to achieve .... if he is tanking maybe the extra 50k is more important than winning his next couple of regular games. Or if he has an easy opponent maybe he can still tie 2 games and win 1 and be ready to CT the next poor bastard next thursday

Putting myself in his situation - if I didn't think I had a good enough roster to go for a championship, and was focusing on saving money and doing just enough to avoid relegation - hell yeah I woulda CT'd your ass! 50k earnings and a chance to earn an extra 50k next week? why the hell not!

Yeah it's always when you least expect it that it hits you on the noggin, from right under your nose.

Badluck with the first round exit but at least you get to have a whole season worth of flag chasing. And you get to win more league games.
