I don't know how anyone could have them going that far. I had Harvard beating them because they have no offense.

I'm not sure you understand what a Cinderella is, either. You know how many teams have been in the elite eight all three of the last three seasons? One. It's Florida.

My bad. When I was said Cinderella, I was referring to SFA/Tulsa, not Florida. Florida is in NO way a Cinderella team, I should have been more clear in my writing.

You're right! I just looked at their schedule and they've grown into a .400 club for the month of March. That's tremendous progress - and since they lost their last game, they're due for a win before they lose again if the pattern holds. If that's what qualifies as "massive growth" I'd personally recommend seeing a physician to have that cut off.

I don't know if you watch Kansas basketball, but I've seen many of their games this season. Comparing the way they played at the start of the season to the end of conference play, their chemistry growth is off the charts. They struggled without Embiid at the end, especially against Iowa State and George Niang, but overall they've learned to play as a team, and I legitimately think they can contend once Embiid is healthy.

I don't claim to be a basketball or NCAA basketball expert, but my friendly advice is to learn that the game continues to be played even outside of Kansas and maybe check your facts before you speak out of turn.

I'm sorry but this advice seems anything but friendly to me. I fail to see how I "spoke out of turn" in a public forum, and I don't understand how my little fantasy there offended you. I never denied that Florida was a bad team, and certainly didn't intend to disrespect them, or you.

Seems like Ohio State finds a way to underachieve every 2-3 years. Brutus sure does love living up to his mythical name.

That comment was directly related to the Cinderella thing, as it seemed that you were referring to Florida as a Cinderella and also had said something to the effect of that it was given that Stephen F Austin or Tulsa was beating them. I've since seen that you were more responding to EBW's post there, but it was that combination of things that made me think you were taking the whole "the SEC's weak so Florida's overrated" concept to a ridiculous extreme. As it is now clear that I either misunderstood what you were saying or you said something you didn't intend, it's no harm no foul on my end. But that still was the friendly version of my advice; after all, I didn't invent a hrudey special madlib to refer to you as, using the template:

Haha alright, all's well.

How's everyone's bracket looking? I'm perfect so far, provided UConn pulls this one out! :D

My billion dollar bracket held on all the way until the end of the first game. I are genius!

Well, I got to 10/10, but missed SLU over NC State and NDSU over Oklahoma. Still better than 96.4% of people though!

I'm 10/13 right now, missing the Harvard game, NDSU game and Texas Arizona State game.

Anyone else not impressed with Florida's 12 point win over a 16 seed?
