Done! Gully has been saying that for a long time! I've finally listened. Next season I'll do better hopefully!

You could have started this season.

Come on mate, get it together! You're a better manager than that, giving up walkovers in scrimmages is bad form too. You will need to rejig your team for Div 3 I think.

Yeah it sucks for you, happened twice too. It doesn't count as a game for your players so you miss out on merchandise and experience probably.

Sorry for the games if it affected your training or game shape. I'm reluctant to sell my any of my 3 trainees or Diao Congshan. Is there a chance I might stay in division 2 anyway because of bot promotions?

None at all. That can happen in D3 because there's no human managers in D4 to replace them. Never in D2.

I don't have a trainee so no harm done there. Game shape is a different matter as my players don't usually play 36 minutes, but since its not an exact science, we'll never know if the walkover has an effect.

Its possible you might be able to hang on to your trainees and Congshan. I can certainly understand why you want to keep them. I'm not sure what your income will be next season. Your best bet would be to look at a few D3s and see how much salary typical (human) teams carry, and see if you can still afford them.

And of course, you'll need to look at your prices.

Ah really, hopefully the other games go my way then.

I hope your players' game shape hasn't dropped too much and won't next week.

I'll have a look at other D3 teams and their salary, hopefully I can keep on to my trainees. If not I might give you a good deal on one of them ;).

Oh yeah thanks for the reminder, I might remember to do that this time!

Sorry to tell you this, but you can't stay up now. You have two games left and you're three behind.

You shouldn't have too much trouble coming back up, you're far too good to spend more than a season in D3.

Cheers Gully, I'll have a look at ticket prices now in preparation.

I would at least attempt to sell some of your guys for a profit before the playoff deadline, you may struggle to make much money in div 3 with your current salaries. I would sell everyone except Andy Sgourus and train whatever you get in the draft with him, understandable if you're committed to your current trainees though. Salary floor is about 70k in div 3, depending on your league you can create a roster right on that and still win a championship.

Salary floor for div 3 is 72.6k this season, and yeah I've been riding that line all season until this week. There are some tough div 3s though if you look around (totally unfair, etc, but eh. a topic for another thread)

If you end up in an easy division my prices seem set pretty well right now.

Can I steal the salary floor for div 2 info?
