Was very busy this week. By the time I started looking for a scrimmage this weekend I wasn't able to secure anything.

Hi Guys,

I've been doing this now for 6 seasons, 1.5 years. Work and life are getting busier for me recently and I'm finding it difficult to put the adequate time investment into managing the team well. Maybe its time for me to retire and let someone else have a shot at running the team. Hopefully someone local can step up to take on the team. If not I can continue to do my best with it but lets see if we can find someone else for next season.

Agreed on the cutting-him-some-slack... but I get the feeling he feels he's a bit burnt out on it. If that's the case - could you be interested?
