GOt a long-time farmer in Japan sitting on 30 million LOL. THe money is out there!!!

There was a swedish guy boasting he had like 40 million if I remember correctly.

My suggestion to put a tax on savings above a certain amount would help in those cases as hoarders would be punished. Imo no team should be able to have more than 10 million in the bank for a longer period of time.

Might have been an American, I am not sure... You are probably right.

However the point is, there are plenty of (multi)millionaires out there and the number of wealthy teams and money circulating will continue to grow as long as salary efficient players are the norm and successful teams are not forced to overspend. 300-400k salary centers are long gone.

Plenty of options are there to tackle the pretty obvious problem... Give us a money cap, penalty/tax on savings, changed salary formula, increase the FAs...

Just to repeat my mantra: I expect the usual outcome, some lukewarm compromise, that comes many seasons too late.

Challenge: BB feel free to surprise me

I like your post. If the game was never designed for such excesses, then the BB's have almost a duty to bring it back into line. Changing the salary formula would be one of those lukewarm compromises you speak of. A cap on cash would be an affirmative action.

That Swedish guy is a poor guy :p On these days is better having the roster full of players instead of money. Players raise their value 5% a wekk, moneys lost 5% a week
