This defense might be a bit quirky, when it comes to training young players though.

Stamina often is an issue and rouge substitutions can mess with your rotation.

One of my favorite matches ever, FCP vs FCP.
However, my opponent ran LI as opposed to my RnG.
As you can see, the fast paced nature of both offenses still allowed a huge scoring barrage.
I thought playing RnG would allow me to run up my score more, but as you can see, he took much better care of the ball.
Our teams were pretty evenly matched, although mine was slightly more advanced at the time.
He still won.

So uh.. what is the "proper" way to execute this strategy. For uh... reasons.

Correct strategy for using full court press.

1) Ignore most forum users.

2) Already have or somehow acquire the players with the skillset you need.

3) Train stamina. Read point one again so you can forget that you've been told not to train stamina to a high level because its "bad".

4) Train stamina. (I'm not convinced people will notice if I only say it once.)

5) Fcp is a defensive strategy but I'll mention offence anyway, some people seem interested in it. Choose your offence in the same way you always have. You might be told that using a fast pace offence can't be used with fcp. If anyone does say that, go back to point one.

Stamina doesn't just influence FCP. but it's an entegral part of it. i've been told that you need decent OD on all your players, but i haven't been presented with evidence on that yet (i'm talking about high OD lvls on PF & C, as in double digit numbers)

but other than that, Gully is pretty right about this post
