Train IS and OD exclusively. Nothing else matters.

Why aren't you doing it?

If you're that sure it would work you should do it.

That's a cop out. You know as well as anyone it would be a flop.

If you truly believe it would work, put your money where your mouth is and show everyone how easy it is.

So now you're saying it would be a bad idea to train OD and IS exclusively?

Hi guys,

I need a honest opinion.

Do you consider a better PF like this:

Jump Shot: prolific/sensational Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: prodigious Handling: prolific/sensational
Driving: prodigious Passing: strong
Inside Shot: prodigious Inside Def.: prodigious
Rebounding: sensational Shot Blocking: prominent

Than this second option:

Jump Shot: prodigious Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: sensational Handling: prodigious
Driving: sensational Passing: strong
Inside Shot: prodigious Inside Def.: prodigious
Rebounding: marvelous Shot Blocking: prominent

I truly don't know what it counts as a Power Forward.

For me it counts to be 16 at least on inside shot and inside defense
Rebounding : Have 12
Shot Blocking : 13-16

And important to have a jump shot 10-13 and of course outside defense a minimum of 13-14.

Am I wrong? It's important to have very good skills of outside defense, jump shot and handling , besides the usual ones (inside shot, inside defense, shot blocking and rebounding).

Looking for some examples I can build for new rookies in 3-4 seasons and also for your opinions.
