I have an oversize Arena too.
Anyway, what is the economic advantage to reduce the seats (for free)?
More % of attendance but less money in total, am I wrong?

According to wikipedia NBA arenas are all 16-21k, and only two arenas in the world are larger than 25k. So there is probably a soft cap on real life attendance as well.
