F@cking learn to announce changes well in advance, as it was when BB used to be ran by outstanding minds. I have already planned my budget for next season (and acted upon those plans) with the current salary floors in mind. I am sure many others have done so as well.
The 15% bonus can be introduced next season because it is not an expense. Yet I would not do it either 'cause again - planning is involved. I might wanna run a team with one player with a salary right below the salary floor and a bunch of 1k salary guys, just to maximize tanking. For the tenth time -
