Thank you for your question! This is definitely going to be more than a 4 seasons project it seems like, I am saying this because I was lucky to inherit a USA U21 team back in S50 where some managers have already devoted their time 4 seasons prior to that S50 Americas' season.

Here is the recap of my previous run as the USA U21 manager:

To summarize my tenure as a U21 coach, similarly, I was too confident in some games where I believe in my players too much, and I thought we could advance with less effort. We did make decisions together as a community but as the head coach, I will take the full responsibility for missing out on some crucial games. With that being said, I shall manage the enthusiasm better when is required, to ensure we get to the next stage before worrying about the tactics.

On top of the support that you guys are willing to provide, I have aligned about 5-6 experienced US managers who are willing to train, that's about 5-10 players more in the depth chart give or take. I would assume the first two seasons are going to be experimental where we establish our ways to communicate with each other and share information.

We are going to bring some unorthodox builds to the table in comparison to the cookie cutter builds where we have seen around the world, that way we can respond to different tactics that are being thrown at us.

Hey, It's like I'm interrupting, but I'm going to say something.

When you look at the past seasons, you live by feeling some things seriously. I sincerely feel that you act with all your faith in the game and the team you have.

I think it's time for some changes in TR-BB. I hope you win the election.

I have already contacted you privately and conveyed my best wishes.

But I wanted to make a note here too :)

Thanks for the greeting!

Waggoner is far from what I want as a U21 player, he is too behind per my standard. I bought him after his original manager neglected him for his entire 18 year old season, which is really unfortunate.

I did not have the right resources to train him properly throughout his 19-20 years old season, he would have looked a lot better if I had enough money to purchase the facilities/trainers he needed.

I think he is still on track to becoming a good club player but I wouldn't mind making some profit off of him, if possible.

U21 training is a completely different animal, and I will share more should I am elected as the U21 manager.

Again, clear communication has done the job here.

I reached out to some of the users there who were bidding on some of the top prospects and it looks like they already have a plan in mind as far as the next several seasons for their u21.

After evaluating the number of active users available, the difference is just too much to make up for, the player pool available on the transfer market for Turkiye is a lot more intriguing for what I want to achieve.

Thirdly, the approval % makes me think I can make a strong case as a candidate for this job, especially after hearing the feedbacks right after I entered this election. I expect a much more lively conversation from this community, which is what I'm getting now :)

The more users I can engage with, the more opportunities we can make a better team together.

2. As a nation, shouldn't you guys try to come together and push this team to another level rather than separating into different groups among yourself? Focus on what needs to be done instead of the silly nonsense.

Öncelikle herkese başarılar diliyorum. BB-Türkiye forumunda en memnun olmadığım olaylardan biri forumun hareketsizliğiydi (ben de suçluyum bu konuda herkes gibi). 4 tane aday var u21 için, adaylardan birinin National Team Speech'te adaylığını açıkladığı mesajı bile yok. GForce03 harici de bu Debate Thread'de hiçbir aday yazmamış.

Diğer adayların da vaatlerini buraya yazmalarını onlardan nazikçe rica ediyorum. Bir diğer sorum da tüm adaylara: Bundan önceki u21 koçuna her pozisyon için istedikleri minimum özellikleri yazmalarını istemiştim, herkesin elinde bir referans olsun diye (iki oyunucumu u21 için yetiştirmeye çalıştığımdan kendim için de istemiştim). Yazacağız demişti ama yazmamıştı. Böyle bir referans belirlediler mi ya da belirlemeyi düşünüyorlar mı?

Thanks for your question! I will be the first one to answer this again :D

I was talking to multiple trainers from Turkey and I noticed that most communication is still being done via bb-mail. I don't mind using that method, however, I find it highly inefficient in regards to game planning/instant feedbacks/training advice etc.

I think I will highly recommend everyone to join a Discord channel so that we can all talk together despite the language barrier, I already have some support from a few Turkish managers who are really to do translations for me so I expect the communication to improve as time goes should I be selected.

I do have some minimum requirements in mind in terms of U21 standard, however, there are some unorthodox builds I want to try at the U21 level and that will take some experimentation, I will closely monitor those builds but will provide some framework to the common builds with all managers, likely via Discord channel.
