I think that a dunking contest would be a good idea... But I also find that you should be able too see, when you see the skills of a transferlisted player, if he's won any MVP votings, 3-point contests or slam dunk contests. This would give the buyer a better idea of how good the player performs (besides stats).

you just wont have enough rookies in each group, cause many users sell or fire them... Any way I think this would be wasting of time, that time better would be used for new stuff system to be developed...

Ummmm, but extra trainings for some "unuseless" features will be a great for Supporter Package.... ummmm.
Something like an extramatch where the locutor says crazy things about the dunks....
