if your enthusiasm is bellow 5 it kills you and the only time i would use crunch time is if you need to clinch a spot in the playoffs and in the playoff

Kivan thank you for the post, I didn't know how the enthusiasm settings in the playoffs works, but I do have to ask are you positive they work in that manner?

And if Playoff normal raises your enthusiasm like TIE does, do your players play like TIE or play like normal?

And what exactly is the effect of a regular season normal on enthusiasm? Does it stay exactly the same or lower a little bit?

Playoff Enthusiasm... From the rules http://www.buzzerbeater.com/BBWeb/rules.aspx?nav=Tactics:

For particularly important games, including league playoff games, relegation games, and the final two rounds of the national tournament, your players will be too excited to "take it easy". In these games, the only options available are Playoff Normal, in which your team receives the enthusiasm effects of a regular Take It Easy but the effort level of a regular Normal, and Playoff Crunch Time, in which your team receives the enthusiasm effects of a regular Normal but the effort level of a regular Crunch Time.

Also, if you play normal during the regular season, nothing directly will happen to your enthusiasm. However, enthusiasm always tends to drift back towards 5 between games until it reaches 5. So, if you play normal with an enthusiasm of 7... immediately after the game your enthusiasm will still be 7. However, by the next game it will be lower... either a 5 or 6.
