If you could afford 300k player with your other 4 (100-150k) starters. What prevents you from using that additional salary to spread out between positions?Let's say you had 150k starters before, now you have changed to 180k starters.

You would shift less power from the other role,as the concept of salary formula it's the same for all the role and teh difference between a 180 and a 150 player would be less than a difference betwen a 150 and a 120 player
I'm not saying that the one-moster will became the best strategy in just a moment, but some teams can finally start to consider it.That's basically it's a point of the discussion that many users underrate, the freedom to choose among more strategy and tactics with some chance of winning.

400k, 200k, 150k, 100k, 80k, 60k, 50k etc.
How can you not understand my point? Instead of those numbers use 300k, 150k, 120k, 80k, 60, 50 etc.
Your suggestion changes nothing but creates more loose money in the system. The better players would perhaps be taken in, but it would still come for a cost of having a equal skilled positions. The badly trained players would still remain on the market.

As you probably think mainly me I'm going to write some ideas.
On club level, great secondaries are necessary if you want to manage your team in salary cap and play well for longer period, not only boost your roster, work with large weekly debts for about half a season to have chance for B3 winning and than quiting/restarting.
On NT level is little bit different, but I prefer the same way, because I want Czech NT for Czech managers. It's not easy in our country to find any manager who can pay 400k weekly for a player and keep him in roster for at least several seasons. I don't want to play NT with players changing team five times in a season. We will see where will be the limit for NT build in this way (we are still quite far away of performance limits of our NT).

Actually I'm quite impressed how well you're doing in your private league at the moment. Long term your recipe could well be the best. I'll keep looking out for the Czech NT to break through as well...

but there is also the possibility, that you loose the money you save at the salarys could be lost in the lose of value especially through the age.

At least i ain't sure that my Dachsbau(maybe the top club PF, yeah i am modest) is a smart investment.

I just couldn't help the "your part of the world" pun, since we're sitting maybe 400 kilometres apart ;-)

I seriously doubt about that.the big countries are going toward this direction from some seasons, except maybe for China who is still pumping up their player thanks to the farms,so,while Hostivar could have a great future with a team full of good czech manager,at NT level there isn't a very new strategy against other Nt to close the gap due mainly to the smaller userbase

however I hope them the best luck for their Nt ;D
