8/2/8/7/9/6 5/8/6/6 1/7

This is for the guy who asked about his player in a language you couldnt understand, so i am helping.

I would train IS for weeks leading up to the end of the season, OD/PA after.

8/2/8/7/9/6 7/8/6/6 1/7 (this season end)
8/2/12/8/9/10 7/8/6/6 ?/7 (next season work, maybe stamina if fouling is an issue).

OD to chimichangas, then passing and 1 on 1 until handling, driving and passing are all paultsongas.

I started with working Marks' inside shot to get that better by switching that off with one on one forwards. I did it this way so it would build up a Elastic effect that would make training their defense that much quicker and so where I wouldn't have to worry about the offense so much. Also put the driving and handling in good position. Marks is the only one who will realistically be a trainee for an extended time. Therefore my training plan Revolved around Mark and his progression. This will continue until I find a better starting value trainee. Which I have four prospects of in the draft. Until then other players skill will be rounded out With two position training. The two position training to work one-on-one forward rebounding and jumpshot wingmen.

So far this season, i Have Marks with 13 pops (no st or FT at all), Goodrich 11, Luwa 9, Albert 6, Mahoney 1, Bretona 1, and Constinaou 1

those guys don't really matter either.

I am not training all of them to be SFs... for that would be stupid to train 3 guys to play the exact same position on my team that can only play 1 of them at a time.

What I am doing, is focusing the training plan around my best potential best player. (in this case, the low skill but high potential Marks).

By doing this, the natural differences he has with other trainees, naturally shifts them to different positions.

Marks makes a really good SF (for D.V), Goodrich made a good PG (for d.V) and Luwa made for a good anywhere I put him, due to him having started with solid defense in both categories.

Since I have the handling and driving to a level that is appropriate enough to give me the desired elastic effect on Marks for training his OD and ID. I am now beginning to train those. Unfortunate timing Goodrich is hurt so Albert benefits from the OD spot.

Next season, like I said for my way of replacing Marks, will be focused on main guy. if by chance Marks is still my best option, it stays on his needs. Which next season would be Pressure, Inside D, and Reb.

What a happy happenstance for Luwa, that he desperately needs Rebounding, so would benefit from any rebounding training, and that would further increase his ID which if was a little higher, would make him a pretty solid playing PF.

I resent the remark you made of "you need to think it out", because clearly I have put a lot more thought into this, than I have been given credit for.
