you can do an exception in a specific situation training gameshape (you are facing an on-off match in post season? this is the "match of your life"? you need all and now, so gameshape will give you more than primaries for next week only)

Yes yes correct correct, I also have the same thought, but I forgot to mentioned it lol.

Btw Syakir, I found out that every player role will change according to their stats from a thread posted by an experienced manager but I forgotten where it was but try using the BB salary calculator, when you change their stats, their best position will change according to the program provided in the link here>>(100218.2), and for your information about this salary calculator, it is not accurate because I asked somebody about it and they says that the currently program was developed few season ago before the latest update of game engine.

yes, it does. my players fluctuates between SF/SG/PG when skills changes. it is the combination that system feels the better fits with that role. it is why horrible players with 2 in ID and OD are marked as SF in draft ;)

about training, a last relevant point. in RS (apart of ASG week) you have 3 matches, so 3 monorole full slots or 6 birole. In post season you have just 2 / 4. This is why "general" trainings (both gameshape and stamina), as less relevant than primaries, is spent on post season/ASG weeks: you maximize trained slots over the season.

Wow BlackMouse, you just suddenly make me aware of this method without having me to think deeply into fully utilising training, I thank you so much, you just help me to fully utilise my training right after playoff, you're the great lol!, give u 1 ball.

Theres guide and many people mentioning about this method too but I just can't get it that their talking about this method, and you just suddenly explain it here clearly and make me completely aware of this method from the above message, really thank you very much.

Before this I was thinking that, only improving one player for a week is kind of better if I train the whole team.

Lol.

well done

I had good teachers!

Guides and practical application of methods are different. Experience makes difference. As scout first and coach now, I had to deal with many owners of potential talents, helping them to take the best out. My scouting staff does it too - not just noting pops every now and then as it happens to my young PG from a foreign South American country :S

I had the luck to pick (15th!) a great potential players. Training him for several seasons almost always monorole (apart of obliged birole), keeping in good gameshape (otherwise impact on team and U21), training at least other 2 (monorole) or 4 (birole or alternate monorole) players, winning... well, a good exercise.

When you have two more than good players, a team in good gameshape and steadily growing, and a guy like this, you can feel happy and proud.

gameshape must be obtained thru minutes balancing. however, the thing I have to say here is that you can do an exception in a specific situation training gameshape (you are facing an on-off match in post season? this is the "match of your life"? you need all and now, so gameshape will give you more than primaries for next week only). It is left to managers to take bold decisions, unbalancing long (typically preferrable) vs short term.

Apart of my team (I did it some times), I remember our U21 coach asking for gameshape training - if possible - the week before WC finals. He won.

Lol that's not such a bad idea. Would be kinda useful here. Can anyone verify how much effect does game shape training have on your player's game shapes?

Sssssst. I did it.

8 out of 10 player 9 in gameshape, 2 8 high. May be it's just random, but result was great when I did it, just once not statistics.

I might have no choice but to do GS next next week. One of my starters jus got out of injury and I'll need him if I want to beat Sibu Swat :(

Hmmm.. Looks like theres a significant bump in the GS. But what about their minutes in the previous week? Anyone willing to try it out for the greater good of our future? (lol)

yes. it was the best gameshape I ever had. You can check minutes as it was the training before G2/G3 last season. Look at individual evaluation compared to G1.

In general, it is sure that GS should increase with 60'. Above 96' you'll dramatically decrease. I "love" my South African guy on the field 45' three times a week :S

playing 70'-80' typically keeps you reasonably high in average. It means that a team managed in this way (mine) will have a couple of 7, some 9, and most at 8, either high or low (remember: 9 is 9, all other levels have decimals).

below 48' typically impacts GS, between 48 and 60' I experienced more or less the same than around 70'.

but I never ever had most of team at 9 as in that case
