The right is the top one.

This looks like to be a typical “management of change” situation, where an internal champion of impacted organization(s) must be on board since the beginning

I don't

I have trained with a lot of satisfaction (and money back) players like Paolucci or more recently Lisanti (sold at 2.3M ten days ago in the worse market ever!). I bought stars as Masters (1.7M) to train them.

However, below star level your cap is at about 20K$ or less.I just saw a passable starter in South Africa, Thabo Sehularo, a decent PG but with horrible (7) JR. You cannot create not a top but even a decent performer below star, and cap is reached by 3 season of intensive training. I would not do that.

Star is good anyway, allstar is better, as I just had to change all my trainees roster to compete in this incredibly tough II series. I knew, I bougth allstar Estramin two seasons ago for this purpose, and I just accelerated now. Above superstar, you need a bunch of money to leverage cap, and A LOT of monorole training. My perennial all-star Scalambrieri, growth with monorole trainings only, hit the cap half last season, at 23 age.

Worst market every for post players, yes. I can't even sell my 1.2mil Center for 400k now. But as for outside players, there's a kid of mine who's price estimate ranged from 700k to 1.7mil, when he wouldn't have gone off for more than 700k in the past.

I am proficient now in current prices, as I sold Lisanti, Masters, Shaolong, Navajas, Shafiq, Corona, and bought 5 players in the most massive revolution of my life!!!

What I can tell you is that PG's are "high" (relatively) - and training and selling PG's that means something! - SF's depend, SG's are definitely lower, and Center are simply ridiculous!

Look at my Navajas, I cannot still sell him at 500K! However, I bought a 15-15-16 plus secondaries, with 4 in SB (and then just 120K of salary!!!) great center at 1.6M. A real bargain.

You all has already started to sell your own trainee since long ago, don't know how long it'll take me to reach that stage lol

it depends! (the evergreen answer!)

training monorole will push high trainees. Lisanti was NOT fully trained since the beginning, and started with 5JS and 6 OD: the first two seasons he was trained at 50% for team's priorities, knowing that his potential would have stopped him. Looking at Scalambrieri, who was trained at full speed starting from "all 7" skills, he reached "star" cap in about 3 seasons and some weeks, allstar just after 4, and perennial all star (his) last season at 23 years and a half.

The trick is to have a leading trainee (Scalambrieri), a secondary (Lisanti) and a third (Masters) that are "pipelined" with approximately one season of difference in skills. And they must be picked with a clear design in mind: the training program of leading trainee would be perfect to them!

For additional instance, this season is very tough to me, with more than a risk to go back in III I decided to train birole, to simplify gameplanning, improve defense by purchasing player ready in OD (I don't have time to increase it this season), and don't hurt gameshape because of minutes (let's say, 48' in training spot + 37' in second match of the week, too high). So, all my trainees are expected to be trained in JS for SG/SF more or less all season long, that should at least make my investments safe (people spend for a 16 JS!), and I carefully looked at players with appropriate skills to get the maximum from this training program.

I realised that when economy updates, our account will pay for the salary updates first before receiving merchandise and tv contract, will there be an overdraft charges if our balances was not negative at the first place and after paying the salary the balances became negative and will turn back to positive after receiving merchandise and tv contract?

no, it just performs all calcutions then applies penalties if final balance is negative.
