haha did you get my message I need to secure a out-right HCA so I can build my arena to 8k seats and not use any of the 200k bonus on it, I'm using the 200k for a 25k stud to replace Johnson at Sg or something.......

EDIT:

I call dibs on 200

Yeah I really dont think you need to worry about losing the 80PD lead. It's a lot of ground to make up in two games.

Then you'll win by 30 or 50 and it'll be fine. And Yuck will probably +1 you again.

Nahhh I had no chance with my top two guys out.

After that Jack Acid game, I'm just lucky to hang on to 5th place!

5th is a great place to be. Financially better than being 3rd.

Do players actually have a better chance of getting hurt at the end of the season? Is it just a coincidence? Or do I only notice it because it's the worst time to have an injury?

Please. I would prefer it if I played Eclypze first round, last time I played EC in the playoffs it didn't work out so well.

I find smedlock's situation interesting. Given that he's not trying to promote at all, he intentionally loses against the Traptors. He had Jack Acid and then you to finish. If he loses both, he would have had the 5th seed, which is the ideal place for rebuilding. Instead, he goes out and beats Jack Acid, and assures himself 4th place. Now he gets a free look at his first round matchup... Very interesting.

I'm curious... with all the cash we know he's sitting on... will there be a purchase or two and a run at the #1 seed??? I'd be careful if I were you Chekreyes.

Hey shh, don't give him any ideas. If he wants to try and outspend me it would be a messy battle... But remember last season? Smedlock wanted the 4th seed instead of 5th as he believed it to be better in the long run for finances, he CT'd me and ended up losing in OT. That along with the fact that he'd only save 154k from a week free from salaries leads me to believe that Smedlock is right where he wants to be for rebuilding purposes.
