Steve: All American team and Boudreaux...+1 TIE and a future 2nd round draft pick
SM: Dennison +1 TIE
magiker: U21 Gold, +2 TIEs
mfork: awesome offsite tools +2 TIEs
Sleet: Offsite help and chat powers (+2), ur Sleet (-1)...+1 TIE
Peluin: D2 good times, you beat BB-Charles for me in the playoffs = +1 TIE
Guy who trained Bronson and Medrano: +1 for Medrano, -1 for Bronson

Charles: yea right you owe me a TIE...-1 TIE
SpF: +2 TIEs wherever you are man

Well this should be interesting.

To everyone else, deal still stands. Buy a legit NT player or prospect and I will TIE you in a future game of your choice. I am aware that a TIE from me is mostly meaningless, but who knows you could win up in a key cup game against me at some point in some future season.

VICE CHAIRMAN!?!?

Joel you underestimate my 80's style ambition. Not only will I take over this thread, I will fib the numbers so this forum will seem to be making a steady quarterly profit. Then I'll sell it for everything its worth, and let the new owner realize the company was worthless. Smoke and Mirrors baby, 80's style.

It has been an alarming number of days since I harassed you all about buying American.

We have some heavy salary guys, like Jamie Nix, Joe Bronson on sale. If those don't fit, then we also have guys who are close to the NT who need a little training like Lyle Vickers and Scipio La Placa on sale. If you are looking for a high potential rookie, Mitchell Schilling (26044599)or Ryan Hagen (26042414) would be great.

Anyway, buy a legit NT American player or prospect sometime this season and I owe you a TIE (or PON) you in a future game of your choice (this goes not just for NBBA, but for anyone reading who hopes to one day have the amazing privelege of playing yours truly) plus you will feel awesome and patriotic and stuff. If not, expect to get CTd. BBmail me or Coco if you are interested in buying an American player, but are not sure if he qualifies as a legit NT player or prospect.

Finally, if you haven't already, join the cabal!!! The cabal is currently looking for new members, so please sign up: (http://s3.zetaboards.com/BuzzerBeater_USA_NT/index/).

A little later in the season and I'd bid on one of those trainees. How skilled of a coach is necessary to train one up satisfactorily?

I could see having a level 6 coach on a draftee of that quality for the first 2-3 seasons when they train the most, maybe to get a little extra if your building up secondaries. Otherwise, as Azariah said, a 4 or 5 is just fine. In fact, I've never noticed a difference from 4 to 6.
