thanks for voting me and sorry for my english.

My first impression is not good, a few talents with not much training. In this vintage i don't see the any player who get to the NT.

at the 20 years we have Chabbra(32219293)who could come into the NT, Jamal and Singh are also trained well, but behind it is nothing.

at the 19-year old players I do not see any player who really help us. But maybe someone surprise me.

among 18-year-old players, I see four talents that will help us (Ajatasatru Sharma MVP, Vyasa Kumar superstar, Abhisayana Laddha superstar and Adivaraha Dutt flyer)

Ajatasatru Sharma(33998767) could be really a good one.

India has become a VERY small team. Several seasons ago we had 40/50 managers and a few times our U-21 team was pretty decent, but now that we have less than 20 active managers, the chance of finding good players is very small :(
I really hope those 4 players will get trained and help us win games.

Don't worry about my kid, he'll be trained every week and may reach NT until and unless I get bored by training and sell him

Even if you get bored and sell him, he'll still be trained cuz I'd buy him :)

I can assure you that Chabbra will be continued to be trained from now until NT level!

This season gonna be hard. Bhinde and Chowdhury are the only 21 guys who be trained, the draft from season 26 must be very bad.

The U20 is a little bit better, there we have Sharma who might be playing one time in the NT, he got last season 10 up's. Dutt and Laddha could be better. That was ist for the U20...

My hope is in the u19 rooster. Raza and Mubeen had 11 up's. Shuanglong, Dahuja and Sivaramaprasad are making good but could be better. And a few other players if they are well trained.

In the U18 rooster we got 3 amazing player with high Potenzial. The rest isn't good, but have with good training a good chance.

And to all india managers, when you don't train your young players please sell it! It makes no sense to keep them and they got no training!

Hello to everyone,

Since U21 has a new coach from today, there are some plans and expectations I have regarding the U21 squad.

Plans

Since India does not have a large number of active users, I'll reach out to NT manager to check what can we do about making the game more popular in India and to acquire more active users to the game. That will be a long term goal, not easy at all but the plan is the plan.

In short terms, since I've collected all the young players info (18yo to 21yo) I'll reach out to all the managers through a BB mail asking about traning plans for the U21 India player in the team. In case you have an U21 India player in your team, and you plan to train him, please let me know. In case you do not get an email from me, please send me a BB email, I'll be happy to reply.

About the squad, plan is to have a mix of most developed players and players with high potential who will be trained during next couple of seasons. That way, we can help player owners with more income for their economy.

Expectations

From the results point of view, unfortunatelly, I do not expect much this season. I've quickly took a look at our next oponents and most of them are much stronger then us. At the end of the competitve games, we will have two more adequate oponents, so we have time to upgrade the skills and to prepare the game shapes.

From player owners, I'm expecting a regular, weekly communication through BB mail, so that we can sync on the skills updates and on the training updates.
I also expect that all the managers will be willing to traing young players and to grow their teams as well as to grow the U21 squad.

Team infrastructure expectations

From player owners, expectation is to have at least trainer level 5+ (if not affordable then level 4)
Youth trainer is good to have, aim for level 4+
Gym 3/3 is good to have
Training court 1/3 is enough.

Maybe we are not there yet, maybe these expectations are high currently, but we should be taking one step at a time to achieve this.
