I doubt you have fined 100 managers from your community or 200.

It would be the opposite, a good chance to recognize the priceless work you do(by you i mean the staff in general).

but how you could see if i did my work as a gm properly?

In the optimal case, only the people i fined know that i done the investigation. Sometimes reporters know it too, when i have a question left and maybe them they could see the outcome in monitoring the login behaviour of the reported team*. But overall our work is public, for LA and Mod it is possible(even when a mod had to do unpopular decision from time to time).

* and even then it is hard to tell if i make a good investigation. Maybe he is happy when it have the desired outcome even when i make a mistake.

There's also lot of work in the NT's that the managers can't see.

It would be usefull for the BB's to have an opinion from the managers.

And would be a nice recognition for the guys who do a good job, to see how the community appreciate the job they do.

I can see how this can turn wrong though. In your posts your debating with some GM's most of the time. So lets say you dont like how they respond to your suggestions and decide to give them a negative vote. You would then have done so based on their opinions on various things instead of the actual work they do for this game.
Does that seem fair?
The process of inner-investigation;
1) Find who is needed to be investigated (those who will get the a "nice amount" of "bad voting").
2) Go over and investigate why they got those negative voting - ask the voters, and see whether they have a case.
3) Take action against them, or explain why they act as should have.

Again, on inner-investigation, and more precisely on any investigation, only those who are hiding something are those who will fear it.
This is another method to find who is needed to be look for first...

What this (suggestion) will bring is to investigate the GMs who are using the power given to them by the BBs for their narrow benefit.
-- --
On any firm, there should be an un-biased team that investigates the work of the members of that team.
BB should not be different.

On BB, there is senior staff looking over the work of each and every person in the GM team. I can't make you believe they are unbiased, but please at least accept this piece of information.

A feedback channel of some sort in addition to current channels could be useful. No popularity contest however equals an investigation of the real work and duties.

Nowadays, I think the Transfer Compare feature in the players' page is so terrible, it's a mess, it has been screwed up the price of the top players with the highest salary (or I prefer to call them the monsters) because there are none of them is matched up to the price the transfer compare's handed. I bought a multiskilled monster (289k salary) for 3M at the start of last season, but at the moment, his transfer compare is just around 1 M - 1,5 M. How come the price is decreased by 100%-200% for just a season???
It should be going to the rationality that the higher the salary of a player, he should be more expensive in the transfer market, but the transfer compare is a mess..
