Will you still make top 5?

Yara park bears are coming home hard. I have a feeling he will snatch the 5th spot.

He won't catch the no.4 ranked team in the world though who is undefeated again this season.

Well I am 11/4 +274 and he is 7/8 +36 with seven games to go. On the fairly safe assumption that we both lose to Whitebeard and both beat the Windies and Slam ! we will be:

Chelsea Seagulls 13/5 + a lot
Yarra Park Bears 9/9 + a little

With four games to go. YPB would need to beat all four of you, Goldfish, Urmummas and I while I lost all four of those games. If I win even one or he loses even one I am safe in the top five.

Oh, also Urmummas and Goldfish would also both have to also both win all of their games as well - an impossibility.

I don't think I am being arrogant but while staying second is unlikely I feel fairly safe in the top five at this stage, maybe have to CT my opponent next Tuesday to make it certain...

hahahah no need to CT, a mere TIE will suffice. Have you not seen my team lately?

And I was not talking about your team being in danger... I was figuratively talking about mine.
The lost to monkeybiz and xerxes was not accounted for and I might be finding myself out of the top 5.

Unless of course Direwolfs players go for cheap.

Do you think you are the only one that has them bookmarked? A Lawrance/Schneider/Quinton frontcourt would create a lot of issues for teams in this league I suspect.

lol i already have! Paid 1.8 for Degas just a month ago for example.

Plus i made the time Aussie friendly so whatever the price, hopefully one of you ABBL guys or a decent div2 manager (who can afford them) can pick the guys up and keep them in good shape for the NT.

true that... hopefully you can break even on those NT players.

If not, then you ride the salary for the rest of the season to make your money back that way =P

So many tankers this season. Never had I seen so many teams or semi tank in one season.

Situation is you have 10 wins and I have 7. Even if I win 3 out of the next 4, your PD should still be higher. Then I face fish at home and mumas and seagulls away so may remain on 10. That dont mean you you wont get another win or two in your final 2 matches. I'm still gonna keep preparing for RL though, cause I wont feel safe until I'm safe.

It would be silly to bid now in case he gets a four week injury tomorrow. After the game I will make my decision.

How much do you want it this season?

Schneider would be a great fit, and someone like Degas would make your team hard to beat. Those players do need more stamina thou.

Looking at WBs team, he has 4 starters at 200k, and team is over 1M.

1. Whitebeard $ 1 031 238
2. Urmummas $ 887 227
5. Aussie Pride $ 797 329
6. Chelsea Seagulls $ 763 087
9. Persepolis Immortals $ 734 200
11. Guanzheng Goldfish $ 670 705
12. Stone Slashers $ 639 640

Basically thats your main comp atm. If you are wondering about me, I am 7th with 754k.

So if you were to buy up, nows the time so you can get some GS training into them. Otherwise, its just a waste of money.

Just going through the rules to find some info. It does mention any info about how much if any, the winner of d1 gets. Can someone clear this up for me?

Also still says, home teams get 2/3 in income in playoffs. Fairly sure it 50/50 right?
