where have I said this??? Looking very much forward to your answer

I know that you understand what we said everyday in this thread but you prefer don't answer to our answers and say

" you're agressive"

or

""you're isulting"

to win points and votes. And now I'm insulting you?

There's more people posting in this thread and I believe some of them make part of your staff team.

As I said, this is a debate where the main goal is to show our goals and ideas. If we are talking about something, sometimes asking questions, and almost every reply we have is saying that we don't have experience or that we are not good speakers, that's not a healthy debate. And sometimes, you prefer doing this, than answering questions we make directly to you. Oh, and those are questions with question marks, don't say that you didn't saw any question

1st- You said you had advantage in the elections for various reasons. One fo them was the enthusiasm. So, if you have advantage in that aspect, it means you are saying we are worst than you in that point.

like I said, you are totally wrong here, and it shows you dont understand english well, I said I do not have less enthusiasm than you. I didnt say I have more or you have none.

or having nothing

are 3 totally different things and you are saying I say you have nothing, where i said I have not less.

So if you are saying we can't take critics, you are saying that we are responding agressively.

so you assume something. when you dont really understand? how will you than understand the english community when you just assume they said something, instead off asking what they actually mean when they dont understand anything. I have never said, suggested or thought you are aggresive...

Once again, you only understand something when we show it right in front of your eyes. ( once again, don't think I'm attacking, I'm just defending myself). If you say you have advantage, you're saying you have more time than us.

I didnt say I have more time, once again you are assuming. I said

i have the time to do it too

. Again, not saying I have more time, less time or no time. I say I have enough time to do the job...

If you're saying we have less experience with tactics, you're saying we're worse

yes I do believe you have less knowledge about the tactics and have already given numerous reasons why I believe this. Therefore I am not going to repeat them. Scroll up and reread them please.

Therefore I am convinced i can do a better job than them

yes I am sure I can do a better job.

Let me give you a more simple explanation.

Imagine you need to have 5 skills to do the U21 job. Lets name them A, B, C, D and E.

In skill A I believe you and me are equal
In skill B I believe you and me are equal
In skill C I believe I am better
In skill D I believe I am better
In skill E I believe I am better

This means over all I believe I am better, that doesnt mean I say or imply you are better or worse in skill A and B... So there is no need for you to assume I mean I am better in skill A and B, because I dont... I do believe I am better in the other 3 skills.

My staff team is Ardain and Soel. Where have you seen them post on these forums and see them say you are aggresive or that you are insulting anyone?

Like I say,even when someone shows it right in front of you, you don't understand what we are saying. If you show those aspects to prove you're better than us, it means you're saying YOU HAVE THE ADVANTAGE!! If you weren't saying that you have advantage in those aspects, why were you refering to them to reinforce you're apply?

However, I dont understand how you can give your support to a group off candidates openly stating that they are a 3 man team, off whom 2 lack the real experience to compete at a higher level and where the 3rd person that should bring in the tactical knowledge at higher level really doesnt have the time to do this job??

You said that today. You don't remember it???? I think I don't need to look dor a post older than this one where you say that he doens't has time to help because he doens't post here

no where do i say that he has no time because he isnt posting in here????
