in my eyes a level 6 trainer is overprized, the difference betwen the single levels isn't big but i had decided to buy a level 5 coach for me.

Doctor i don't know, normally i would prefer level 3-4 more, but actually i had a level 5 guy but they have a proud salary and you don't need then often.

So, do you think I am ok sticking with my level 4 guys right now since I am at the lowest division?

Sure. My only level 5 guy is my trainer and I have played in the top league for several seasons. My staff salaries are lower than the league average but not by a large margin.

Injuries are still a matter of luck, you can do well with lvl2 Doctor (buy one with a spec, massage recommended) but you can have a tough with high level doctor no matter what. So I would say keeping cheap lvl 2 doctor with massage is the way to go, just change him after a while for the same one but cheaper.

Edit: i shouldn't wrote this - one of my players in sc tonigh, it is a first injury after circa season and half. Who of you, who pushed the button?:)
