Play around with BB Salary Calculator. You can find it in the first sticky thread (BB Help Programs). The program shows the change in position as you change the skill levels. It's not perfect, but a good benchmark.

However, if you want to be able to see how a certain skill set would fare for all positions, I recommend that you use THIS salary calculator.
