he would make a great center or a PF. train him on Inside shot, inside defense and rebounding. rotate these trainings so that no skill gets too high too fast which would mean a high salary. make sure you have more 18 or 19 year old trainees worth training. I wouldnt train for just 1 player...

I have a level 4 trainer, is that enough?
And, what specialty must the trainer have?

It is enough. And doesn't need speciality.

Well they arn't great trainees. The first guy only has inept rebounding and is pretty short so training rebounding will be harder. The 2nd guy only has average/mediocre IS, ID, Rebounding and shot blocking so personally i would get better trainees. Hopefully u have a good draft.

hey mate.

yes. if you can afford it buy a few better trainees or hope for a good draft... but if i would be in your position and dont have too much cash I would certainly train these players. even the smaller guy. i didnt look at what level you are playing in your country, but for the lowest levels player 1 could be a half decent SF and player 2 would be a atlast a half decent PF or Sf too...

2nd player is not bad at all. I used to have similar player with him, but with much worse D (both ID/OD), and he was my 5th trainee. I just sold him for 510k. If you work his main skills (ID/IS/R) then at least you can have a nice backup at PF/C, in the future
