I'm not 100% sure, so someone please correct me when I'm wrong, but I think a player with a salary higher than 10k will be placed on the TL.

It depend on the Salary, if the payer has a salary higher than 10k (it will raise next season I think), he'll put on the TL.
He can be put on the TL if he play for a U-21 or A national team.

Otherwise ---> retired

wasn't there something changed in season 9?

although they are talking here about bankruptcy

the players i am talking about ( i am not jsut interested in one of them, but i'll be happy if i can acquire one of them after seeing them on the TL) but their are several players with 10k salary's already... so they should be have been placed on the TL normally...

ofcourse, the answer from Angi77 might explain it, but i only see bankruptcy, not about teams going BOT ( i know that his economy in the past was positif... his team went bot because he didn't log in for 5 weeks, not because of bankrupty...)

anyway, thanks for the answers, i guess well just have to wait till a GM can answer this question, since only they know how it works ...

Free Agents aren't released to the list anymore, only when they are in national team or U21 rosters.

So even a 200k salary player can be lost if his owner turns bot and he isn't in the NT/U21 roster.

indeed.

seasons ago players with salaries over 10k where released, but gradually the wage raised for releasing players. The last period that happened I think they where at 25k or something. Then BB decided that there are enough talents in BB-world so they wouldn't need to pick up the ones in the inactive teams to fill the active teams with more good players. The only reason why U21 and NT players are released is because otherwise the NT or U21 team would loose their player...

About GM's: they don't know that many more then the other average player. And GM's often even know a littlebit less then the most active players in this game.
In fact all info we have about the gameplay, is acceseable for everyone. ;)

but i didn't see the rule concerning the 25k anywhere or so...

anyway, it's such a shame, i really would have liked that player. guess i'll have to train one later in a season ro 2 ( after finishing the current training)

thx for the reply's.

there never have been rules about it.

BB's have temporary been releasing the best players, but that period is over now.
