i can't take my players data as usual by saving the page http://www.buzzerbeater.org/BBWeb/cbbpproster.aspx in xml format


That page was deprecated long ago, and finally removed when the new site was launched. The replacement is the BBAPI. See (/community/forum/read.aspx?folder=9176) for more details.
