I think he is a good trainee. If he was on my team, I would consider two long term options. The first option would be to train him fairly exclusively at C/PF, and make him into an excellent big man. His lack of rebounding will slow this process down somewhat, but his other inside skills are high enough that I still think he could turn out well. A big man program is probably what I would go with.
The second option would be to develop him into a future star SF. To do this, you would want to raise all of his skills in a well balanced way. One way to do this would be to train him at PG/SG for a couple seasons, and then PF/C for a couple seasons (or vice versa). You could then finish his development by moving him to SF, and working on the skills that can be trained there effectively.
I think you should work out a training program that works best for your team as a whole, and then include this guy in it somehow. That's just my thoughts on him. :)
