hm,
I don't think you misunderstood.

What is the level of your trainer/coach?

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.

Hi, thanks for chipping in!

My trainer? Poor. Very, very poor. This week I have traded up to a level 5, but he was level 1 at the time. Why? Does the trainer make these decisions? I thought trainer did the training...

trainer helps coach make dicisions.
I trongly feel that the trainer level has a big impact on the coaching.
level 1 trainers don't seem to help the coach at all, (almost) no time outs are called, strange substitutions take place,....

You should see your games improve with your higher level trainer

Just be careful here. I have not seen/heard of any proof to support this. Not saying your theory is true or false...

which is why I said "I strongly feel" but my s seems to have gone lost somewhere, as do more of my letters lately. ;)

I can only talk from experience ofcourse, so if the originator of this tread notices a diffrence now that he hired a higher level trainer, I would sure like to know if he comes to the same conclusion, or has some other idea...

Trainer level has no impact on the coaching decisions.

NO ONE at this table ordered a rum & Coke
Charles: Penn has some good people
A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

are you sure about that??
I thought the trainer helps out the coach to make the best of the training minutes, as well ingame as during practice...
can't this mean he helps the coach with his decisions?

If you are sure I'd like to know.
Also please refer to the source you found which makes you sure. Seeing is believing you know! ;)
