I usually get players between 60-70 minutes a week. I find whether they are strong or proficient can be a pretty random and they only get respectable when i screw my minutes right up.

Well i guess that's what i'm getting at. A drop to respectable usually means you've done something wrong which, with 60 minutes for the week i dont think i have and have been wondering about Massage for a while now.

my player often play just 48 minutes with a massage doc, and manage to stay betwen 8 and 9, so i think you notice random here.
