Are you looking to draft a player you can train, a player you can sell, or a player you can play right away? That's usually the easiest way to break down your draft.

If you're looking for a trainee (and you're training outside guys), you'd look for someone with decent skills/potential at PG/SG. If you're looking for someone to sell, you'd just go with the best skills/potential combination. If you're looking for someone you can play right away, look for a guy in one of your non-training positions who has really high skills, and don't worry about potential (though it won't guarantee you someone who'll be able to step in and play right away).

better look for the best draft, sell him and get an better older guy who fit your properties. You could do the same if you look for a trainee, but here you have to decide betwenn merchandize and quality.

Yeah, I've got plenty of trainees, so I think I will try to either find someone I can use inside or somebody to sell.
