Well the only disadvantage in my mind for playing a scrimmage game is if you play one of your better players or a player you want to focus on training and they get hurt. That has happened to me to few times.

You cannot challenge teams to a scrimmage between 12:00 Wednesday and 22:00 Friday, server time.

Outside these times u can click on there profile and if they havn't booked a scrimmage u can challenge them to play at either your arena or theirs.

personally i use scrimmages to get my weaker players more minutes, just in case i wish to train them i'd like them to have 48 minutes.

plus its commonly believed that you should get your trainees minutes to about 70, which is a game and a half, if you are training 2 people at this position then they both need a game and a half, therefore 3 games, thats only possible with a scrimmage in the week.

personally i dont care if i lose one or not, it doesnt matter

which is why most people like to get players to about 70 minutes

a game and a half is 72 minutes, this would lead to full training and possibly increase your player's game shape

Ugh, you're all over the place in your posts. You could have the correct idea, and just be expressing it poorly, or you could have the incorrect idea. In any case, I will spell it out more clearly.

If you are training one position training (as it sounds like you are doing), you should be able to train 2.5 people per week. Your two main trainees should get just a little bit more than 48 minutes, and the third trainee should get the rest. If you can get them all 48 exact, more power to you. This is all that matters for the purposes of getting trained, the number of minutes they got at the position being trained.

However, game shape is another important consideration you want to pay attention to. This depends on a players minutes at all positions. This should be somewhere between 45 and 75 (55-60 is best). So if you get your trainees to 48 minutes each from the first two games in the week, you don't really need to get them many minutes to ensure proper game shape.
