sometimes it is just a temporary thing, i get those message often in the forum normally it works fine after few minutes.

Do you wish for me to do a step by step screenshot guide to walk you through replicating this problem?

Okay sent you an BB Mail detailing the steps I took but the steps are pretty straight forward and did not deviate from the norm on what a user should do to report cheaters.
