Your best option against a run and gun offense is to play either a 3-2 or a 1-3-1. I would reccomend the 3-2 unless you have a VERY strong inside game. If you have this strong inside game go with the 1-3-1. Your best bet against a 3-2 will be to attack the inside, so go with a look inside. But yet again, this is all dependent of your team
