Since this is a little stopped, I'd like to make a few questions to Luis Bullock and the others (I'm not English so I can't know who applied for the spot)

1st: @Luis Bullock- You started playing in season 7 in league V and 4 seasons later, you're still there. You were relegated from IV and last season, you didn't even make the playoffs. What makes you think you're capable of running a NT?

2nd: Why did you choose this country to apply for? Any special reason?

3rd: As you know, England team isn't one of the best in the game, so you will need to use strategies, more than relying only in the players. One of these strategies is the number of players you select. So here is the question: How many players are you thinking of selecting for the beginning of the season? And how many for each position?

4th: One big problem in England is maintaining game shapes up. What importance do you give to this and what will you do to solve this?

Elboss, the 3rd and 4th questions can be asked to you too. And I'd like to make one more:

- Now that the schedule is out, could you make us a quick review of the teams, and with which ones you think we stand a chance with?

You guys are back, huh? I thought after annoying most of the active players in the English community and, franky, getting 3 votes in the U21 elections you'd not be back. But good luck with your campaign.

I can't see any reason at all why Elboss shouldn't be re-elected. He's done great the last 2 seasons, getting great results and getting futher than most people thought we would. He's great at keeping the community involved and I can't imagine there's a better candidate out there.

Who saying I was going to apply to the NT? Are 3 votes a lot more than 8? Do you think that 57% aproval rating is good?

In fact, I wish the best luck to elboss (not that he needs it) and if I could, I would vote in him. I just made this questions so that the thread was not empty and for the voters to know more about the person in who they want to vote. If you think that's bad...

Regarding q3, 'hiding your roster' I'm not fond of that tactic. It catches only the sloppy managers. Given the kind of scouting tools out there it serves little purpose.

To be honest game shape hasn't been a major issue. Apart from some understandable situations managers have been pretty good. A bad episode was on the last match of the consolation tournament, due t oa user being on hols.

I'll try to post a full analysis of our group later....

Hello vasco92 and to all the managers who are interested in the selection. First of all, I want to say that the head of the work team is not the better one, we are all the same, so , don't look only for me.

1)Yes! It's true; I've been playing buzzerbeater for 4 temps and two years ago I've reached IV league. Spanish leagues are not easy, we have to work hard, and to play against teams which in V division have selection players. The running of my team wasn't good, it's true, but it was because I don't have so much money and my team usually suffer injury, although I have a 4th level doctor.

I think that I can gave to England so much experience and hard-working; and, like I said before, in my work team we know that it will be hard to work in England but we know that our exeperience and our mentality will gave to English managers good results.

2)I love England and all the related with this beautiful country. We think that England is one of the best National Teams, but his position is not as good as the position that it have to have. We know England very good, so we think that we can make a good job here.

3)This is what you think, but for so many people, England is one of the best teams in the World. Of coarse we have to use good strategies to win throphies, we know perfectly what we have to do with England to make it a really good team.
In my opinion, I don't have to say you what are my strategies, because I don't know if you are one of my rivals in the selection. Sorry, but you will understand why I'm saying this. ;) But, if I win, you will see what are my plans, England selection have to change! It's good at the moment, but have to be better!.

4)First of all, I don't really understand your question, but maybe you are talking about resistances and about keeping good playing all the match. This is very important, tired players don't play with high strenght and that's why we lose important matches. We will talk with the managers of our players , and we will try to make an arrangement , maybe we will try to make them training resistance of the players or not to summon them at the match before selection one. At the moment, we don't really know what we will do in this kind of things, but we will find the best option between selection and managers.

Thanks you for your questions. The last thing that I want to say is that the last coach was very good but we will be better, because England need to change, and reelection are never good.

1st of all, I'm not going to run for this elections. If was doing that, you would see my speech in its thread.
2nd: You need to be realistic. We all know that England is not that good NT. It can be, but it isn't at this moment.
3rd: In the 4th question, what I mant with gameshape was not stamina, but gameshape ( forma in spanish). I made this question because there's always one or another player with mediocre gameshape, and it would be better to change.

I would like to make another question to both the managers, you and elboss:
What importance do you give to secundary skills?

England has no big men
No SFs
and only two guards, that I'd consider NT-level starters.

What we do have is a bunch of role-players good at one thing or another.

It takes time to build a cohesive unit out of that mess. Our current coach has proven himself to be very effective at getting the best out of our NT players and choosing the right tactics on offense, even if his defensive tactical choices and reading of the opposition have so far been mediocre, in my opinion.

He's also proven to be one of the best coaches in the EBBL. Why do you think, young Spanish lad, we should dump him for you?

Ok, I see what you mean. As you have just said "It can be, but it isn't at this moment." this is whatI think, England is not one of the most powerfull one but can be if we work hard.

Secondary skills are very important as we know because of our teams. We will try to find the most competitive players, if you players, for example, have the same principal skills, we will get the one with better secondary skills. But some secondary skills, like for example blocking in guards, we will not look so much at it. We will look for the most important secondary skills, the ones that can make you win a game.
