Congratulation for the NT position...honestly between those who run for the postition you were the only one suitable. I am sure you'll do a good job. Personally I don't expect, unless we meet easy teams, we'll have a good run on World Champ because we had a very poor training going on, apart last year with a few PéG and SG coming up. In my opinion we'll have to wait another couple of season to be really competitive, but if each of us take at least a player things could go better. I'll give you some advice whenever I can but my first suggestion is to bet on future, so choose players who could be (if you have options) and try to get as many players as possible trained. Another suggestion to whoever would like to run for next Coach Postions is to give a help to Bock because is very important in my opinion to get a bit involved (if you have time and wish) and understand some small tricks that can help to improve the whole team.
Finally I am proud to see so much involvement and support about the past election. Our support to Bock has been our first significative move to get a better team and I feel very proud of my job in getting this. Hopefully we can do the same thing for the U-21 next season. I personally think that I had this huge support partly because of the lack of interest and comunication with the U-21 NT so that's a thing that in future must be done. Again I wish all the best to Bock.

Thanks for your support and your post.

I think you're right we have to "wait" for the future, and we should start to "bulid" the future team right NOW!

The problem of the senior NT is, that all they players are about 25-27y and it looks like that no-one gets training. Cause the team is nearly at the same level like two seasons ago, when I finished as the NT-coach.

=> I will try to find new/ young players, probably I will do a bit the work of RickJames, cause as we all know he doesn't care about the U21.

=> All the time, if there is a scotish player at the transfer-list, we should try to "bring him home to Scotland" or to a manager like Culum, who wants to help Scotland.

The people have spoken - congrats! :)

I have a policy of only signing Scottish players. I'm currently training a batch of guards aged 20, 21, 21 & 22. Hopefully this will be of use to the NT in 4-8 seasons time...

I don't think I'll be takingon any high wage players for the next couple of seasons, but if any hot prospects <23yo appear then give me a shout and I may be able to shuffle the pack.

Hmm, thanks for the reminder, I havent started xmas shopping yet either!

Hear hear!

Good job and congrats on the election. As always, i'll keep an eye out for young Scotsmen.

Good luck on the re-building effort, i'm sure you're the best man for the job. Now I need to concentrate on getting to the NBBA (that final loss really hurt last season!)

I'm looking to train some PG, SG. But I keep on eye on Scottish players...as always. Obviously for a "market price".

I still don't know which players you're calling up but the best thing would be to leave some young players to Rick James if he reply to you and at least he set a standard line-up. My suggestion is to keep some old strong players to keep the main structure of the team. I think you need my Centers (at least this year) and Arnold Forbes (2319489). I don't think some youngsters are ready now for NT, but they would fit perfectly in U-21. Just my suggestion.

You're right, that the youngstars are not good enough for the senior team. But if Rick James doesn't care about the U21, than I will call up the youngstars, so their managers will see, that their players are goog for the NT.
