I am not an experienced player but I would say yes, just compare your first and last game. Or take a look at my first and last league game. I dont think that the training I had so far made such a huge difference.

but the thing is, i had like 5 pops for my guards since the last game i haven't played 7 or up.

oke i had 6 pops in between my first and last, all in jump shot handling and jump range, but my OD and ID is a lot better.

Enthusiasm affects your defense and rebounding according to the coachParrot tool. So the answer is yes except your outside scoring.
