If you have great handling / passing then go for motion haha :)... if your handling / passing is bad then i would do base offence.... im not sure... I don;t face full court press that much XD... so my info might be wrong.

Full court is mainly focused on forcing turnovers. If you have good passing/handling you should be fine with any scheme. If you tend to turn the ball over a lot I would suggest playing at a slower pace

Look inside is the best offense against full court press since fcp has weak interior defense and rebounding.

FCP has weak defense in general (it lowers outside d, inside d and rebounding). As someone said before, the tactics do not matter as much as the players you put on the court. If you have any with atrocious handling, save them for another game.

As I said in a thread earlier this week:

This question gets asked a lot and honestly, unless your team has terrible handling and passing (or your opponent has much, much better OD than you're used to) I don't really think you need to worry much about the full court press.

If you do have concerns then I think changing your personnel for the game may be more effective than changing your tactics. Just make sure your low handling/passing players are getting less time than your guys who can keep possession (and this goes for your bigs as well, although it's less of a concern for them). I would also consider looking at some of your opponents previous games and see if there are positions where they're consistently generating turnovers and adapt. But really, I haven't had a league game where an opponent has caused me trouble with a FCP and my team is not exactly jam packed full of talent.
