Congratulations ☜w(^o^)W♥☻ with your first two victories.

I didn't mean to minimize your work guys. All I want is to help Luxembourg become a great nation on BB. And that can only be done by involving a larger group of Luxemburgers (or people from abroad who want to help us) into the National Team staff (NT as well as U21). Also should you (or your staff) give clear guidelines to the owners of Luxemburger players as to how to train them.

Look, the Luxemburger community starts with a 9 seasons handicap compared to some countries. So, if we want to reach the European championship during Soren's next term, we will have to develop an "aggressive" strategy when it comes to the training of our most talented players or the scouting of Luxemburger players all over the world.
We can't accept seeing our best players being badly trained or not trained at all. We need to tell the owners of our players what kind of players we want, how we want them to be trained and so on.

I am a proud Luxemburger. I am studying and living in Belgium and the GMs did not believe me I am a Luxemburger.

That's terrible, have you tried contacting them and sending some sort of proof of your nationality? Maybe the scanning of a document, or maybe you could try logging in the next time you're on Luxembourg so they can verify it by IP address...
Just some suggestions, it's a shame you can't play on your country's league.

Good luck!
