Good luck on the draft! Even with a lot of information it can seem quite random at times.

I'd recommend you base your draft order primarily on potential and age. I'd rather draft a 3 ball/4 potential player than a 5/3 for example. Potential you can't upgrade through training, and no matter what a high potential potential sells better than a low potential player, even for some reason when they're beyond training age and have the same skills. If you have an 18 year old Grade A/5 ball player available though, jump on it! Even if it's not in a position you're training. You should be able to sell the player for a great price if you list him properly the first week and buy in whatever you need. If you get a draftee you're going to sell, make sure he gets 48 minutes in the scrimmage and sells thursday night after it (before training friday morning), or sell him early enough that whoever buys him will be able to get him installed for their own scrimmage. Personally I'd recommend the first option.

The draft is just over a week away during the offseason processing. Normally the monday after the finals. (March 22)

Ok thanks, right now it's between 3 players:

C 5balls(skills), A+, 2balls(potential) and 18y/o
PF 4balls(skills), B, 4balls(potential) and 18y/o
Or PF 4 balls(skills) with a very high box score, he wasn't scouted fully..

Which should I pick?

I'd list the 2nd player (B/4 ball) as my top pick as he should have decent starting skills, and 4 ball potential is good enough for almost any training program. The 2 ball potential player I'd personally list quite low as the potential range he'll fall in isn't very good, and I prefer working with quality players. The other player you could list high and hope for good potential/age. I typically will put all of the unknowns over any 1 or 2 ball potential players.
