1. If you've got extra cash, I'd upgrade your arena. Especially because you're in Malaysia Div. 1.
2. Since you're already selling out your arena, your best time to upgrade was probably 2 weeks ago...but now is probably good too.
3. I would build 5-10 VIP Lounge seats and just start upgrading the other seat types until they stop selling out. You might want to raise prices in the interim.
Most Division 1 teams can easily support 10,000 seat arena, so I think you just need to start expanding.
