1) win cup games
2) trim roster esp after cup is over to 12 players at the most
3) only have the staff you need
4) if any area of your arena is full raise your ticket prices for that area
5) if any of your arena is full and you have money and it is a long time until you can change the prices build more seats
6) sell players you don't need
