Briefly, whatever your training setting is now can still be adjusted before this weeks training applies, so don't panic yet.
If you chose a "single position training" like Handling for Point guard, then whichever players get minutes in this week's games will get some training benefit on Friday morning when the actual training happens. So you could play three different players at Point Guard in the next three games... set your training on Thursday night after the last game, and those three will get some training for the week.
Glenn Jones is not a good choice to train because he is 29 years old. Thats too old for training.
