I would definitely suggest TIE. Your opponent hasn't logged on in over a month, so his lineup won't change. His default starters are SF/SF/SF/SG/SF. The two highest scorers are the Point Guard and the Small Forward, so put decent defenders on them.
You've gotta be able to beat teams like this with TIE, or else you need to upgrade your players!
