Yes DMI changes then too. Training and gameshape updates at the same time, and seeing as DMI is heavily linked to gameshape and also dependant on training, that is why DMI is updated at the same time.

Okay. Well you can't tell whether a player has reached their potential cap by looking at the DMI.
