For 200k you should be able to get a SF with:

Respectable Jump Shot
Respectable OD and ID
Respectable rebounding

Those who be the top four skills.

I would wait. TBH buying a player for that little, is not worth it.

Buy a 1000k a week player to suck up minutes and save the cash to purchase a player that will actually impact your team.
