I'm shocked, shocked that gambling is going on here!....er, that the Wahoos lost 1st place! So I must know...did That One Team crunch time them to be sure of getting 4th place? Did the Yahoos TIE?


I imagine it's the latter. Important to note that neither team had great game shape, so that served as an equalizer.

Smart move by Unstoppables to tank tonight, as a win would have meant another 5th place finish!

Great turnaround for McMornings, even if they landed in 5th-place purgatory. 3-8 to start the season; 8-3 to finish it.

thanks for the props... really a terrible start to my year. Congrats to the Freaks on a great year one here. Fifth is okay by me... no risk of injury. Important for my aging squad.

Yeah, the way i saw it, I either lost and took the evil 5 spot with no money at all or CT to hopefully get a Playoff game. Sadly, Googly will be able to tell his guys to honk the noses and bounce the basketball off my players head while running circles around them since I sacrificed enthusiasm for a win. Oh well, some money is better than none at all (no offense to this years 5 spots).

Also, congrats to Unstoppables for not getting the 5 spot.

Any bold upset predictions for the nights games? The only one that I am going to guess is Albany Knights getting a win on the road, but other than that I think things are set in stone because of HomeCourt advantage. If the Freaks suffer another injury mid game though, then they could be really hurting.

I dont know, but I guess we'll see soon enough...

I agree with your assessments. I'm hoping Wahoos' rather poor game shape will make things go smoothly for me tonight, but we'll see. I came into the season with a goal of just making the playoffs, so I can't be too disappointed with however things go over the next couple of weeks.

Unbelievable... I go into the 4th quarter up by 12, can't hit anything, and the damn game engine doesn't call a TO till there's less than a minute left.

So, did anyone unearth any gems in scouting? With all of the complaining that goes on with the draft process, I'm actually quite pleased with the type of information that was returned (lots of double-scouted 5* players)... just not with the information itself (an inordinate amount of 19-year-olds).

I have ~the same feelings. I think I did 1 player all season... ended up with 6 5* total. Only have 6 double-scouted total, and all are 19 :(
