You have to do the math to see if its beneficial.....If you have to pay 40K for the guy, and will save 4K a week, than that is 10 weeks until you break even. If you have to pay 150K to save 4k a week, well, that obviously is near 40 weeks to break even, probably not as worth it. So be patient, keep your eye out for a deal, and when you see one that financially makes sense, go for it.
